Easiest Snack Ever: Lemon Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients:

Brussels Sprouts

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Cayenne Pepper

Cilantro

Lemon Juice

In a small bowl combine olive oil, lemon juice, pepper and cilantro.  Blanch the Brussels sprouts for about 2 minutes before pat drying and arranging on a sheet pan. Drizzle the lemon oil combo over the sprouts and bake on 400 degrees for 40 minutes, or until crispy on the outside.  Halfway through the baking time mix the sprouts around on the pan to make sure they’re even!  I like adding mamu shake or lemon pepper when you take them out of the oven for an added kick.
