Ingredients:
Crust:
1 C. Whole Wheat Flour
1/3 C. Honey
1/8 Tsp. Salt
2 Tbsp. Vanilla Fat Free Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp. Lemon Zest
1/2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
4 Tbsp. Coconut Butter
Filling:
4 Eggs
1 C. Stevia
1/3 C. Sugar
1 C. Lemon Juice
Preheat oven to 350 and line the baking pan with parchment paper (important).
Mix the crust ingredients and press it into the pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown along the edges.
Mix the filling ingredients together until well blended. Pour the mixture on top of the crust and bake for 15 minutes. Careful not to over-bake!
Garnish with powdered sugar.
